haha, no it wasn’t that fast. Maybe it was an issue with the heat, but the slide itself didn’t seem hot. The girl that went down after me got an instant blister on her leg too. Going down in jeans and longsleeves would be ideal. Or a potato sack

Maybe this is why we study and study and take forever to pick a construction company. Sounds like they just…stopped working?

I tried to Google the contractor name and found this other article where it states that JSmith Civil just stopped working.
I hope the city has penalties in the contracts.

Ironworks site is horrible and not up-to-date. It only shows that Eastcuts Sandwiches, Ponysaurus, and F(X) fitness as retailers.

Very excited about this development, and not an original insight since most have commented on it, but it seems existential for the success of everyone in there that they immediately solve for lack of pedestrian access and general interconnectedness with surrounding residential.
