I tried it out in the spring and it was fine. Potentially it’s just an issue with the summer heat?
Skin is good at healing?
Make it a slip n slide instead of a scorch n burn…???
I’ve been down it with zero issues. But I shit my pants in terror at this deathtrap, so I guess that slowed me down…
Usually

This you?
Seriously though, slides for adults seems like a bad idea. Inertia and all that.
Man, they have to face criminals, car chases, gun battles, drunks, hobos, crazies, obnoxious tourists…and now children’s slides?! What a tough job!

For some reason, the Neighborhood section of the Forge Apartments website is a far better map
Yeah I noticed that also, it should be updated again soon though now that they’re officially open.
Very excited about this development, and not an original insight since most have commented on it, but it seems existential for the success of everyone in there that they immediately solve for lack of pedestrian access and general interconnectedness with surrounding residential.
It’s the bridge over Atlantic to Dock 1053/Lynwood ever going to happen or is that dead?
Honestly, especially considering the same dev. company owns both - they’d be astronomically stupid not to.
