My stepdaughter’s boyfriend was almost killed a couple years ago when the driver of an 18 wheeler didn’t know what flashing yellow was. “They don’t have those in Indiana”. He was messed up for a long, long time and is lucky to have lived through it. I believe this particular light was a flashing yellow left arrow. The driver gunned it.
