It’s an angle break - that section of wall narrows in toward the window

yeah I know, I’m just being a nerd because near misses like this drive me crazy. They should’ve aligned the ceiling transition with the angle change. If it’s this unit, looks like the intent was there.

Guess one reason these are expensive is fees for the creative spaces names.

And what does that thickened wall represent in the plans as shown on this one just below the round column?

Def gonna start calling bedrooms “dreamrooms”. But kinda sad they just gave up with “mech.” and “pantry”.

That name doesn’t make any since all I have is nightmares.

Possibly just a trim detail like built-in cabinet…or one of those fake fireplaces that shows a video of a fire

“cleanse”
“contemplate the futility of it all”
“eat”

That “detail” shows in bedrooms as well. I wonder if it’s a placeholder for where they expect people to hang a TV.

Nothing really. Idk what they had planned but it’s just a flat wall

This particular one is $1100. Kinda steep for a studio, but actually more square feet than the studio I had at Link Glenwood South a few years back.

IMO these are a better value than Smoky Hollow, with better views too

Maybe that’s it, they did show off that they have an outlet halfway up the wall in that area so you can mount your TV on the wall. Also some sort of pass through in case you want to hide the cords in the wall and have then connect to devices on a table much lower for consoles, DVD players etc

Same price as my 2 bed 1100 sq ft downtown apartment!

Honestly $1100 for an apartment on Fayetteville St is a good deal. My co-worker pays $1200 for his studio at The Lincoln.

Where at? I have doubts

Carlton Place, I have one of the dozen or so ‘market rate’ units.
