It looks like this will begin construction in May and have already announced a new tenant with Raleigh’s Dogwood State Bank. Phase 1 contains the 20 story building with office, 304 apartments as well as the 4 story multifamily structure wrapping the parking deck, with a Spring 2024 completion.
By the time July and August roll around in mid summer, there is going to be a very active downtown construction presence
