RE: the shipping container building that was a temporary Peace Apartments leasing office. Just had a thought - would this not be the perfect addition to the outdoor area of those warehouses across Cabarrus/Clancy & Theys plot that Kane Realty was planning on turning into a multi-vendor/event space?? Imagine the warehouses reno’d to include a few retail/restaurant spaces, with the big outdoor area used for seating, and this already-made shipping container building on the opposite end facing the warehouses with a full bar and/or coffee concept.
