Yeah we’ll have another gap that’ll need to be filled in soon. I honestly want to see more 10-20 story buildings pop up for the next few years, then maybe 30+ story buildings when more office space AND housing is needed (5+ more PNC’s… obviously with height and design variation).

Am I being too optimistic? It feels like we have pretty good odds that by mid 2026 we will have this/ Nash condos/ omni/ depot all actually being constructed.

They will need to prove out a deep condo presales market for downtown at north of $1000 psf. I’m not betting on it any time soon.
