I count 18 floors so far. But when you factor in the amenity floor being basically double height, we’re right around the halfway mark of this build. Crazy to think this thing is still going to nearly double in size!

I was just walking on Glenwood and as workers on the top floor moved some temporary platform, golf ball sized pieces of concrete fell down to the ground. A few of the pieces almost hit a man walking out of the shipping containers.

Appears to be ~19 stories in this picture - so that’d mean that any 20-story office building next to it would be as tall, if not slightly taller than it currently stands. Also means this is JUST over halfway up. Whole project is gonna be the most transformative addition to our skyline since 2008’s completion of PNC tower…
