Highways are starting to look like Little Haiti with all of the trash and the lack of any mowing or landscape maintenance. I know DMV is broke, but the growth is getting so bad some of the signs are hidden. I have seen the same mattress on 440 for 3 months. Any clues why?

Having grown up in South Florida, this comparison of a trash ridden or overgrown place to “Little Haiti” is gross and really uncalled for.
