Agreed - sure, 400H is going to be around the same height and serve the same purpose (residential + retail, mostly) - but this far at the Southern edge of downtown, and especially when adding ground floor activation in such a currently dead area, is going to have a HUGE impact on this side of town going forward, as it is essentially extending the skyline and street-level experience in a way that 400H couldn’t have.
UFOs above the crane! ![]()
The construction elevator is almost as orange as the hazy sky!

If you’re counting that as 8, I’d say there’s 22 total…or at least 21 ![]()
Start counting just above the orange piece of equipment bottom right ![]()
Eight so far… IMO ![]()
Only a few more floors until this view is completely filled out and we won’t be able to see much construction. The speed of this is incredible.
Well let’s see you’ve got the basement, mechanical, ground floor, lobby, mezzanine, housewares, children’s clothing, and then they start numbering, so we’re really on…like, 3. Right?
Yeah I was just looking at that view and thinking the same thing! The skyline background is almost covered too. I wonder if they’ll zoom out/raise up the webcam or if they forgot it’s even on. LOL
Working on the 9th floor ![]()

Neat rendering of what they’re planning to do with the parking deck, too. Even if Evan won’t want to swim in its rooftop pool. ![]()
I’ll swim!
I’ve been to Southeast Asia and breathed in a year’s worth of exhaust fumes in a week ![]()
It’s growing and getting taller
Great another overpriced luxury apartment building to push of rents.
