idk, the apartments above Tupelo Honey in Village District are called “The Maggie” now - seems we have a disturbing new trend in naming multi-family residential buildings…

These buildings change names every damn 6 months. I wouldn’t put too much stock in whatever they’re named any given moment. They’ll all inevitably change to something else stupid soon enough.

Wait until we get the Siobhan, Caoimhe, and Saoirse!

For those who haven’t seen these names before (I’d only seen Siobahn), apparently they’re pronounced like:

Siobahn → “Shi-vawn”
Caoimhe → “Kwee-va”
Saoirse → “Sur-shuh”

Do you think a few roof top trees :deciduous_tree: might be in order? Oh yes of course. What a Maeve-lous idea.

The webcam seems to have become inactive, but it makes sense that they’re putting trees in if they plan to have the rooftop look like this:

Shot this last night on my walk. I took it from the 9th floor terrace of the Dillon.

Maeve is showing rental rates

Penthouse 3 bed (one is sorta a den) going for $7K+ (they have a lot of the floor plans in penthouse config)

Interesting thing is the premium they get for high floor.

Take their cheapest one bed:
Lower levels: $1,738
Mid tier: ~$1,900
High floors: $2,100+

Lots of their unit have bed + study, but they seem generous in size at nearly 1,000 SF +

Two beds seem to start at $3,700
