Thought you might like to see all the panels complete on the Lenoir side.

Nice! The view from above, as that work slowly continues:

When do they apply the seafoam green?

Hopefully never. I am not sure a front door of seafoam is something I can handle unless I happen to be at the beach.

Was thinking we should add some color accent to the Fairweather…

I think the parking deck needs to be seafoam green.

I happened to catch the train from the Red Hat as it went by tonight. The folks as the Maeve for sure can reach out and touch the train :steam_locomotive: as it goes by.

Too bad you can’t see the amenity deck. They’ve got some lovely color going in…

Seafoam is God, Seafoam is King.

Have we settled on an appropriate pronunciation for Maeve?
Is it MAYV
MEEV
MAV
MAVEE
SHARKOOTEREE
I just don’t want to be wrong, but there are so many (which is to say, zero established) uses for that sort of spelling…

Don’t have many Irish-American or Irish friends?

MAYV

Booooooooooooo :ghost: :seafoam_green: and who ever came up with Maeve for an apartment name should win the worst name of the year award.

Or Mave. Fwiw I’m half Irish on both sides and very much appreciate how much Irish culture has persevered over the ages. But I really don’t care for that name…just my preference. Nothing personal if anyone on here is close to someone with that name.

Yes me too. I have Irish (and Italian) but that name for an apartment building just doesn’t do much for me. Plus it is going to be mispronounced more than anyone is going to get it right. I may just continue to call it Capital Square.

Well I’ve got Welsh ancestry, and also Welsh!
And we spell things like Cwbrngcgkobrrrnhm, as God intended!
But okay, Mayv is fine with me, but seriously. Why?
