hello…i know downtown there were some articles and news videos about led lighting in parking decks and such. does city codes require led lighting now for new development (fed subsidies etc,?) and/or what are plans for when a bulb burns out is it automatically to be replaced with an led? i follow this regularly https://bicycledutch.wordpress.com/ and the dutch seem to have much more walkable lighting to me as opposed to what i have heard as a splattergun approach in many american cities. any changes on that front? thx
The street lights in my North Raleigh neighborhood were converted to LED probably 10 years ago.
