I’m pretty sure the mid rise apartments are on the same parcel as this building was planned for.

From the contact I emailed:

So, I take that as the office building is on hold and the resi is on other pads.

You should ask them Pedro, why they don’t work with the Chamber of Commerce when it comes to development.

Can the spinning top create bubbles? I mean, if we are going to live in the world of fantasy why stop with just the top spinning?

Please do go talk to city staff… sometimes it’s not easy for developers… we all gotta think about the millions of dollars being invested and the interest rates getting worst by the day, I would definitely expect for projects to go on hold and some to die over the next few months.

(Changing from my first post which was not constructive to the thread/forum. See edit if you want to laugh at us being stupid.)

Actually, while I’m happy to see this area progress and eventually add density to our core, this was a pretty cool/unique building so it’s not all a net gain IMO.

So what’s the deal with the apartments at former Exploris is this under construction or what?

I hope Salisbury square doesn’t do like Zimmer tower

This is really moving along with demolition. Also the apartments at the end of the road(I forget the name) have already finished grading and site prep.
