Why? There was permit activity on this as recent as January. (The city gateway project is a different site)

I know the gateway is the apartment NCAE is what I’m focusing on.
Well higher chance of seeing Salisbury St get straightened if this project is truly dead. The curve only exists to facilitate cars, not people.

Looks like they might be changing plans. Lot is being subdivided into 2 lots instead of the previous plan for 4. And new ASR submitted for “CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT BUILDING - PARKING DECK - ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE”. No plans uploaded yet.
I’m guessing a 7-story apartment building wrapped around a parking deck.

The plan for Salisbury Square always included a 4 or 5 story apartment building wrapped around a (big) parking deck.

True, but then the 2-lot subdivision doesn’t make sense. Here’s the original 4-lot layout (that I thought was already approved??)
No that subdivision is consistent with the previous plans. “Lot 1” on the subdivision would include the northern tower plus the parking garage and common areas, Lot 3 would be the apartments wrapping the garage. I have no idea what the change is, but this one has been in purgatory for a while so not too surprising

Oh sorry, I should’ve been more clear… that’s the old subdivision I found. There’s been a new one submitted “SUB-0006-2025” that is dividing it into only 2 lots.

Yeah I know I was only saying that the original plan reflected on the old subdivision plan already included an apartment wrapping a parking garage as orulz said. There’s a lot of stuff they could be doing, just have to wait and see
