Not sure if this can be found anywhere, but it would be great to have one thread that summarizes all of the various projects going on in DTR, and maybe NH, Crabtree, Iron Works.
Is there anything like this somewhere? If so, feel free to move this post!
Thought I would start a very rough map of what I was talking about. I am still building this out, but thought I would share with everyone. I am in New York, so I can’t follow everything closely, so any help is appreciated.

The Downtown alliance has a pretty good one. And I believe someone had a Google Map about a year ago on here.

I have been to that wikipedia page a few time and never realized it had a “proposed” section!
The main RUS tower is actually 36 stories & Nexus was approved 40 stories
Whoever was responsible for noting development plans on iMaps must have been on vacation and just gotten back because they have gone from no recent changes to the kitchen sink this morning
Haha! I just noticed that. Looks like a circus now.
Looks like even just rezonings are fully highlighted now instead of just ASR plans.
Wasn’t sure if this topic should be under New Construction or Planning DTRaleigh, but I opted for the latter based on the topic descriptions. Technically rezonings and ASRs don’t count as “physical development.”
Do you still maintain this list? What does it look like now?
Remind me, have we seen this yet?
What’s crazy about phase 2 of The Weld is how many more units are being delivered to that project.
