FYI, The Paramount failed its fire flow test and was unable to occupy the building ~20 some years ago. They could not close on the units. Revised plans rushed around and approved to extend a larger water main from Peace street to provide enough water to meet RFD requirements. It was installed and inspected after locates, and operating within a week if I remember. I have been on both sides of the fence but when it involves life and safety inspections, please don’t let it slide…
UPDATE UPDATE…from a Chapell agent today…what?? I missed this!!!
615 Peace welcomed its first homeowners yesterday so these units are move in ready! Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to schedule a time to tour on site!
I also saw a sign for a Beem Light Sauna business going in on the ground floor! I don’t know what that is but… good?
I saw this too. Looks like it’s taking up the entirety of the retail spaces at the condos.
Well after all the delay and nail biting, I am sure the new residents will need some time relaxing with red light therapy. Might have been a good business plan.
Be still my heart! Who stopped the stop watch? Where did we end?
This is a GIGANTIC disappointment. It appears that this business takes the entire retail space in the building. This comes with ZERO sidewalk activation. I hope that someone plants some bushes now.
Now on to watching paint dry in another location. LOL.
I am kinda wondering where on earth people will park. This seems like a difficult location for this type of business.
Is that a euphemism for something? #amsterdam
Maybe it’ll fail, and then become several trashy bars that will fit in with the GloSo vibe…
Ok I am laughing. Good one Jeff.
