Wilmington street could become DTR’s “Tech-street”? Hey, maybe Wilmington street is where we should have put that “Plensa” art project?

wow they will be taking almost half and the building will have 300,000 square feet of office, thats a huge amount of space.

But they do have elevation on their side. This is one of the highest parcels in DTR.
