The view from the hill on East Hargett is seriously underrated (even shooting into the sun). Perfect place for a rooftop terrace on a townhome.

Lovely view; can’t help but wonder if/when that huge parking deck behind the Municipal Building will be rezoned to 40-stories. Will block this view entirely when something is built, but it’s a prime lot!

Played tourist yesterday.
Traffic was backed up on W. Martin St. Should have closed up the street up to Hargett and had the bus lane only. If they didn’t want to close it, I’m not sure why the bus wasn’t going down Hargett St. instead.
