Maybe a mural of a car crashed into the tunnel will keep the 'Diots away…?
Or a mural of them constructing the tunnel. Maybe that’ll bring good vibes.
Building a tunnel there just seems like it would be a safety hazard given the flooding issues they already have there. I’m all for better connectivity and stuff but that street is not safe when it rains.
Interesting. However I believe this a problem that simple engineering can solve.
If tunnels can be built under bays, I think that the drainage problem here can be successfully addressed.
Can we please look wester side of downtown and entrance of. Southern gate way
Alien meets lizard meets dragon meets DTR (and some desert/cave shots).
Well Fargo looks very lonely in that one shot, hopefully we’ll get a signature tower in that area soon .
Question for everyone: would you want the next tallest building downtown to have a large/tall crown or be crown-less but over 580 ft?
It’s supposed to be shaggy chic. It’s the warehouse district after all.
Rich patina of the urban fabric…?
It’s been like that for at least a couple of years. There’s trim falling off of the other Dillon building by Weaver Street. That’s a Kane building for ya.
I’d say that’s any wood construction building these days, especially painted a dark color. Maintenance is key for all buildings, but especially anything with painted composite siding in a dark color getting blasted by the sun…
With so little to actually paint (relatively), it’s shameful to see that maintenance deferred.
