I don’t often look up while I’m downtown. I’m sure we all wish there was more height or that there were a few more tall buildings. But you have to admit there are some cool shots with the verticality we have. It’s a great downtown — don’t forget to look up!

Got the pergola from Target (shamefully I paid someone to put it together bc I didn’t feel like dealing with it) it came with a screen like canopy that moved across the top and down one of the sides but we took that off. Got the sail cloth from amazon and got some bungee carabiners to hold it in place. Sitting out on the deck in the summer would be impossible without it.
Now I just need to get the mister kit I bought to work

The Raleigh Skyhouse has GOT to be the closest Skyhouse to a state capital building! It’s just about 4 blocks off. Outstanding shot of the NC Capital and a modern downtown!
