I got the feeling this video was trying to make me feel calm. Like a meditation. Or some soothing music was about to start playing.
That’t not true. I don’t watch AI content now and I won’t in 5 years either. Its 100% trash.
Mentions Duke Energy Center which is now called Martin Marietta Center**.**
As long as you can tell it’s AI. It’s only going to get harder and harder.
There is very little AI content that isn’t obviously AI so its going to have to get a lot better. I just don’t see how AI can ever replace the credibility of a subject matter expert or the opinions and experiences of actual humans. And I definitely don’t feel the need to encourage this self fulfilling prophecy of a world full of AI shit. I will choose not to consume or share it for as long as possible.
I watched a video about the history of Miami Beach throughout the decades, and the AI visuals in the video were beyond laughable. Among the incredibly inaccurate images were ones that showed Ocean Drive not on the ocean, waterfront where it doesn’t exist, and wildly historically inaccurate Deco buildings. It can get a lot worse, and I expect that it will as more and more folks are laid off because AI is “ready” to replace them. I’m finding some of my favorite YouTube channels specifically tell their audience that there aren’t AI. At least for now, there is clearly more enthusiasm for AI than there is capability.
As big as IBM is you’d think they would fork over a little dough for some spray paint at least!
I hear that they are changing the brand to Red Rectangle.
Are they actually painting it or is this some sort of patch? This fading drives me crazy lol. Such a prominent feature to the skyline for it to look like ![]()
You’re really teasing us with the stretch on that last shot! ![]()
