Great picture. makes Raleigh look much bigger than a city of <500K.

Great eye! You win the emoji prize. We were down on Quarry Street looking at putting a roof on a new construction home. This is the view from the 600 block.

Great picture! Thank you
Only thing is that Raleigh hasn’t reached 500,000 yet

Great shot. Nice bookends headed this way with Capital Sq. and Seaboard/Sleepy Hollow developments. Vela and Moore Sq. to also fill out the north end. Gonna be some nice thickening.

I know exactly the house, is Matt still the builder on that? I haven’t seen anyone working for a week or so.

Wow, small world! Yup, he was there yesterday getting the attic prepped for HVAC installation. Things should be picking up now. Electric and plumbing will be there next week and we should have shingles up there the week after.

That’s good news. We live down the street and walk by often. Good looking house already, it should sell for a large amount.

Capital Square is gonna look great coming into DT! Beautiful day too!

Something on that News and Observer site would also look great

Nice picture, and nice day for it. We’re checking in on some of our favorite downtown projects today too.

Know what would truly fill in the biggest gap between the biggest buildings from this view? That damn 121 Fayetteville project. Instead they’re just putting lipstick on a pig and “sprucing up” the Alexander Sq parking deck on ground level for foreseeable future. *shakes fist at sky “HIIIIIIGHWOOOOOOOODS!!!” :rage: :rage: :rage:

Got a little of Higjwoods REIT. Not one of my better investments but solid dividend. If they can not make money then don’t build it .

So YOU told them to kill the 121 Fayetteville project!!! :rage: :rage: :rage:

Sort of surprised they bought downtown Raleigh office buildings to begin with, but did get them rather cheap. Flip in a few years, much less risky than to build new office tower in this environment.
