. 303 S Dawson, empty lot around one acre
.2nd rezoning after the request originally included bakery
Cafe (217 W Martin)- which was pulled after public outcry . Already rezoned for 20 stories, talk of a hotel was once in plans but now it’s unknown
RECENT REZONING REQUEST
. Nearly acre block on Hillsborough Street rezoned for 40 stories 
currently home to The Roast Grill, The Ugly Monkey Party Bar and State Beer 
. Boylan Ave x Hillsborough Street rezoned up 20 stories,
Currently a 2 story office building
. Pleasant Valley Promenade off Glenwood Ave rezoning
