Possible New Development Locations and Projects - Rezonings

Maybe even make this an Edison revival site. The West towers were confirmed to be 39 stories and 574 feet tall. East were confirmed to be 29 stories but feet was not confirmed- this is based on floor height from the west towers

This would make downtown Raleigh growing and a specialty like the idea

I am sorry but there is so much open underutilized land still in downtown Raleigh that building over roads or rails, or worse, building over rails where they cross over roads, is just impractical.

In this spot the railroad is already grade separated and as such isn’t really that much of a barrier. Move along.

Sure, but now there’s not as much land in downtown to actually build block-wide developments without major controversy

You also need NSX approval.

Im not sure about that.

Oh nice finally some movement on this block. PHOENIX III OF RALEIGH LLC is the same org in charge of the Nexus project. Hope we hear any news on that project soon as well.

I can just hear the complaints now about overlapping shadows!

Shoot, they could even just use one of their previous designs from the N&O block… flip it and and plop it here!

Man people do way to much I guess they don’t want a opportunity to work and grow their career like is history pay your bills

Great! It’s a prime spot in downtown. If they chose to even build to 430ft, it would look something like this
