The firm who does these studies, Urban3, did a good presentation of Cary 2 years ago. Great explanation and gives some reason to why we see Downtown Cary expanding a lot today.
They also start off with a zoomed-out graphic of Wake County. Interesting to see North Hills compared to DTR.
