Thank god they’re putting the parking deck side facing 440! I was worried I’d no longer be able to see the Park Central parking deck from the beltline when this went up, now I’ll have an even better view of the GREAT WALL OF PARKING DECKS along 440

They’re still plans city organizes and code and permits they still have to get.

According to TBJ:
The development will be a single building with towers holding multifamily, retail and restaurant space – one tower with 27 floors and one with 23 floors. The project includes eight levels of structured parking.
Phase one is slated to start construction in summer 2023 and will include the structured parking and the 23-floor tower. This tower will have 354 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 567 to 1,789 square feet. It will also include 5,630 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 542 parking spaces.
There is no start date for phase two yet, but Kane Realty is anticipating completion of the entire project 24 months after the start of phase one. Phase two will be construction of the 27-floor tower. There will be 268 studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 567 to 1,331 square feet and 319 parking spaces. There will also be 4,440 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
