Raleigh-area Mall / RTP Redevelopments

Kane’s video that that article cites also showed off what Restoration Hardware will look like as an anchor tenant; they’ll have a rooftop restaurant there, too, which seems super nice!

The project is slated to cost $350M and be funded by JP Morgan. It’ll also have 450 residential units, 300,000 sq.ft. of office space, and 150,000 sq.ft. of retail. Construction is expected to take about 2yrs, starting later this year. Looking southeast from the Lassiter Mills/Pamilco intersection towards 440:

Eh, I believe it, though… Just because you need to talk about multiple perspectives on the news, it doesn’t mean all of them make as much sense as each other or are equally based on the truth :unamused: So annoying when it’s covered like that. (but let’s leave news-related issues for its own thread lol)

EDIT: RH was already announced as an anchor tenant last year.
