Council is meeting next week to start the discussion of a new comprehensive plan beyond our current one which is for 2030.

Of all the City Council iterations, this is possibly the worst one to have start this discussion

Hopefully any decisions can wait until the next council elections.
I expect it to take years before being adopted, 1, even 2 councils from now will get the final vote.

This is the council of confused (IMO). It could be the council of no which stunted progress in our city for a long time. Hopefully this new election cycle will get us back to our last very positive council and we can do some good with the comp plan.
ps. obviously I’m not lumping all councilors into the “confused” bucket, just the average
