TL/DR of my last post: the project is not really delayed. No one ever told GoTriangle they had to break ground by this summer. Otherwise, they would’ve had to pay architects to make detailed designs for a building they might not have the money to build. It’s really more of a money thing than a bureaucracy thing.
I’m with how you’re feeling, though, even if this is a different problem than things like how the BRT projects are taking forever
