Building a transit station. Period
They can definitely add more tower sections. But they would’ve added them initially if the tower was starting right after the base structure. The short crane seems to imply that there will be a lag between the base and the tower?

I hope you’re right. Maybe the other crane will be higher, at least that is what I’m hoping. 
They haven’t submitted for the building permits for the tower. Just the foundations for it and for the transit station/parking deck.

Those are new. Built in the last 3 days. The facade walls are on the corners facing the Dillon.
