Between the Omni and the Creamery, we have both ends of Downtown busy with nice projects for 2026-2027. Now we just need one big project in between…….N&O site maybe?

That’d be great but N&O has been stalled out for so long that they’re probably back to the drawing board. If they really bust their ass they could maybe possibly break ground in 2027.

My guess is One Nash Square ends up being that in-between project. It might be better positioned to move, especially since they already have early-access signups live on their website.

Nothing will happen with the N and O site. It is just a land back for an international investor.

I mean, SOMETHING will be done with it eventually. It’s too prime a lot to sit vacant while the current building falls apart lol. It just may take a while until the value far outweighs the cost to purchase, but I have definitely counted out the current owners from doing anything with it.

But to your point not while the current ownership is in place and to date they have shown no willingness to sell or partner at price that comes close to making sense for any developer to make sense of. I’ll set the over/under at 2035 for seeing a completed project on that site.
