It won’t be. It’s already topped out. 8 stories above the concrete level(s), plus the mechanical penthouse.
Alan is right that there’s supposed to be an L-shaped section coming on the left (as viewed from the museum). I’m a little confused how that is happening with the weird ~5 foot height disparity between the top of the base of the building and the top of the adjacent concrete “plaza.”
