I think they do but in most cities even hotels most would consider “mid” are valet only

I really hope that we see more density on this block like we were originally supposed to see. It would be nice to see some dense housing or another hotel here. Is there pending hotel development?

There is not. Only the Firestone block (rezoned but sitting with no plans) and the Berkeley Cafe and adjacent empty lot currently in the rezoning process but no plans.

It looks like they’ve just about completed 8 of the 13 stories. That bottom 2 stories from the angle of your second picture is actually being counted as 1 double high floor apparently.
