That’s an old rendering that isn’t what it will be now. See the discussion above.
So the first image is the new one ?
The image I posted is the more current rendering. It was released awhile ago, and replaced the original with the cool round glass.
But there will be a rooftop Chick-fil-A now, though…
Driving up McDowell and looking at the building (with it’s two story main lobby) coming slightly uphill, and looking at this rendering, the hotel will address the street corner and convention center nicely, which serves its purpose pretty well.
The current rendering I like for some reason I never like curvy windows.
Most buildings in western countries, especially hotels do not use 13 for a floor number they go 1,2—12,14,15. I guess even if the are 13 floors they will twist wording around to avoid saying 13.
I’ve seen some newer hotels actually start to use it. Throws me off every time.
It bothers me so much that people would be that superstitiously idiotic with some multimillion dollar building. It just seems so immature and dark ages. Like let’s not put any mirrors in the building in case one breaks.
I know that is concerning glad you brought that up…
You don’t understand ppl have died on 13ty days it’s not superstition it’s real
In before @GucciLittlePig tells you that people have died on every other day of the month as well
Tupac fixed on the 13th. You’re no fun and bland.
Lol what on earth are you talking about??
Everyone knows Tupac is alive in hiding
I mean, Tupac did die on Friday, September 13th.…
Anywho, back on topic, I wonder if the Chick fil A hotel will be a spooky hotel and wear it’s 13th floor badge in the elevator?
Excited to see all the progress over the last couple of months.
But Biggie died on the 9th. I think to be safe they shouldn’t number the 9th floor either.
And the rooftop Chick-fil-A should be closed Fridays in honor of Tupac.
Coolio died in his friend’s bathroom. Are we getting rid of those in this hotel as well???
Who are we to deny the most perfect of Elvis tributes?
