Nope still need one, I say in 2023 or 2024 will get one when Apple settles down and when the Raleigh-Cary MSA, and Durham-Chapel Hill MSAs merge.

All things considered I welcome the change in feeling this brings to the corner. Will be even better if the diagonal block gets developed too. Such a dead part of downtown right now.

It sounds funny, but that new (highest, I believe) floor they’re working on right now actually makes this look significantly taller and more substantial than had it been left one story shorter! Something to do with the fact that it’s starting to look taller than it does wide.

Apparently this was the unobstructed shot I was looking for last week… LOL
I like the parapet wall at the top coming along, and that rooftop restaurant/bar area (the Chick-Fil-A).
It has so much potential at this phase, but just waiting for their bland beige to start going up. I guess it’s too late to ask them to change the exterior materials?
