Wow, is the dark grey from the renderings actually going to be brick?? That would be an unexpected improvement. Probably too much to hope for, but even just the ground floor would make the street level experience much better looking.

I’m actually so pleasantly relieved the direction the exterior is going vs the horribly plain and beige the renders were!!! One of those rare instances where the final product may actually look better than its render.
