What’s the over/under that it will be ready in time? Seems that whatever can wait (balcony railings or interiors on apartments that don’t have to be leased), they gotta get the frontage done.
Looking at their site, they’ve already pushed the renting dates out to November.

I’m wondering if it could be a security issue as someone can climb right up into the parking garage.
Love how wide it is. I’d imagine that when Moore Square South development starts, they’ll add a nice wide sidewalk too (with 100 square foot micro-art spaces lining it). Will be really good for the residents here to have a nice wide sidewalk to get to Moore Square on.
