That’s the way it should be. We really should have rules in place for future developers that protects our historic oak trees from getting torn down.

Tbf judging by the latest renderings they’ve got to pour at least two more floors of the garage and it looks like there may be a pool, which would add a lot of time. HGI is already on at least the second floor of the garage but the corner of Davie and S Dawson has vaulted 2 story columns. Should see a floor there soon
