Biggest thing from this quote is the sense that they acknowledge the success of the park development is intertwined with the success of their RE dev, so perhaps they will be assisting in funding.

Off topic, but just to give you some insight - yield is a manufacturing term so makes sense for a biotech manufacturing site. From Google:
Manufacturing yield, also called production yield, is the metric that measures the probability of getting good products from manufacturing processes.

This render confuses the hell outta me. Sunset or Sunrise ? WTH ?
According to WRAL, phase 2 will include office space and more residential units and the entire development will apparently have roughly 1.2k units.

If I understand the Park City South project phase 1 (or 2) correctly. Thereās two more towers that will be be in this image eventually. Just behind and across the street from these two towers. Right?
Itās going to be quite the urban area in 6 or so years or however long it takes to build all four towers.

There was a neighborhood meeting back in January and as far as I know, no further action since then.
Lynn E Tucker (dba LET Corporation) is the current owner of all the properties involved.
