Well, I made a decision. Bishops Park. @dtraleigh may have to toss me out of the group because it’s not downtown proper. But a 15 minute walk to glenwood south, Cameron village, and five points. 3 bed / 2 bath, 1500 square feet, elevator, undergroundish parking.

I used to live in Parkridge Lane. I really liked that location. As far as I’m concerned, that qualifies as downtown enough for you to stay. You can still walk to Glenwood South, but now you can also walk to Cameron Village. Congratulations!
Do you have to do reno’s or are they already done? I hope it’s the former for your sake!

Well, I was under contract for one that needed lots of renovations. But then another one came up that was done so I changed.
