What will be demolished? I thought the building was just being renovated for WakeMed
Not sure exactly what Andrew meant, but demo doesn’t necessarily (or even typically) mean a building is coming down. Demo is usually the first material step of a reno/upfit, and can be just taking out fixtures, stripping out walls, or indeed razing the building to the ground to start over from the foundation.

The existing building is being demolished to clear the site for a new 2 story Office Shell.
