I know I post of lot of these ideas that aren’t really based on any chance of realistically happening at all - but honestly its kinda therapeutic. I’ve been sitting on this one for a while but might be my favorite idea. Taking a stretch of used car lots, abandoned buildings, and surface parking straddling a creek / flood zone (likely undevelopable in any meaningful way) and turning it more into a vegetated area with a 9-hole par 3 golf course [inspired by Butler Pitch & Putt in Austin].
