Well that’s good to know, I completely forgot the Nexus lot had been zoned up to 40 stories. I think @GucciLittlePig kinda conveyed my thoughts on another thread what I hope doesn’t happen. I know someone also termed the ‘council of slow’ somewhere else too. I just hope I’m wrong but I have a feeling we’re going to see traffic, ‘affordable housing’, shadows, etc. being brought up. We all know this stuff with the council is cyclical so a slow down shouldn’t be a shocker. Wouldn’t surprise me if the previous council being referred to as ‘in developer’s pockets’ and ‘rubberstamped’ everything.
