William Peace and Seaboard Station

From the northeast corner

All different kinds of outdoor furniture, and my wife noticed someone walk inside with a plant they’d just bought from Logan’s. So, it seems like they’re getting at least a few people moving in.

Hey, didn’t I see this in Poland recently? :joy:
I kid, I love Poland… :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Curious how they’re gonna dress this one up. The rest of the development looks pretty nice.

These definitely look fresh compared to the last renders shared! I don’t hate this…??? It will definitely look a little denser from the angle this is being shown from, as the most recently built 5-over-1 and hideously unscreened parking deck will butt right up to this on the West side. I really REALLY hope this all gets built as shown simply to hide that horrid exposed parking deck from Capital/Peace views.

Narrator 2: Look at how Capital Square turned out. There’s a possibility that it will :man_shrugging:t4:

That the kind of renderings and architecture I wanna see not some glass towers. Do we need windows? Yes we need them for fire safety, but make the exterior design look 21st century.

It’s been a while, but we saw these about a year ago, in Nov '22: 1, 2 (posts by @BlakeB and @dtraleigh).

Per @dtraleigh’s post, this was the plan at the time for the two buildings shown in the renders:

Looks like nothing has changed on this project in over a year. Unless you consider two reviews of the ASR that did not pass “changes”.

Feels like this round of construction at Seaboard should wrap up by this Summer, Fall 24 at the latest. Meetup at the hotel rooftop bar in October. :crossed_fingers:
