Yellow Cadillac guy Triangle area 70's?

I am looking for a Triangle-NC-area man perhaps named Lonnie (but not sure of that) who would be 70-75 years old now, who, in 1984-early 1986 drove BRIGHT PASTEL YELLOW CADILLIAC, already an older car from when they were their largest and had the flashiest details (Cadillacs had gotten a bit more bland in design by then). He LOVED the car. He was recently divorced from a high powered business woman and lived in a condo in very new development—lawn and yards not fully landscaped yet in area not yet fully built up—probably around research triangle itself but possibly far edge of Raleigh. Condo furnished with nondescript just-divorced guy furniture except for huge quadrophonic speakers with amazing surround-sound, quite unusual (and expensive) for that time period. Vast music collection across diverse genres. Successful but had either jumped jobs often or had a series of entrepreneurial businesses. Very bright, eccentric, talkative, likeable guy. At least six feet tall, short brownish hair medium to slightly heavy build. I am a researcher on dreams, imagery, fantasy who left the area soon after I me yellow-Cadillac guy to teach at Harvard. He told me striking things about his own imagination and some very insightful remarks about the field in general that I have thought back on over the years which is why I’d like to be back in touch. If anyone thinks they know who this man is, do please get in touch with me at: deirdre_barrett@hms.harvard.edu. Thanks!

This is actually a legit request so @DeirdreBar, please report back if you ever make that connection.

Will do! I put yellow cadillac in the title as I thought that was the most distinctive detail, but that’s probably why the AI flagged it–looked like a car ad to it’s little silicon brain.

Maybe it will be like that movie Serendipity where it all just works out. Good luck finding the yellow car guy.
