SH4 would be the county general services land (401 Capital). The State is also planning on selling the parking lot and 1 story building at 101 W Peace (~2 acres).

They’re living in the affordable penthouse condo that Stef Mendel had the city buy for them.
With no elevator access. Gotta climb them stairs to work out as the gym is closed to them. Lower carbon footprint, too!

One way to reduce the impact of the CACs is to not treat them as first past the pole, winner take all elections.
The CAC seems pretty undecided on the issue if you ask me.

I mean, 10 people in our city of almost 500,000 didn’t like it. Better be safe and just cancel it. Honestly, I hate the CACs at this point. Just rezone everything downtown as 100 stories and be done with it.
