Same! Big stupid garage and I haaaate that style - they define all the interior rooms (which, to their credit, are usually really nice) and then just face all the exterior forms in a “premium” finish and call it a day.
Oh well, to each their own.

I live right by 1302 Crabapple and it is an absolutely beautiful house. They did at least 50-100k of landscaping too.

I voted against Center Rd every round. Last week I happened to see it in person. Wasn’t sure at first, I was just like “hey is that that black house?” I checked what road I was on, and sure enough. All that said, it looks much, much better in person. This photo doesn’t do it justice.

I did as well. Personally, I’m not a fan of houses that pretend that they are old. Specifically, I am not a fan of those columns on the porch either. They just look weak in the photo.
