The company I work occupies a few floors. I’ve had access for the last two or three months. The building officially opened for at least our company this past Monday.
These are the two developments I’m most looking forward to. Those and Zimmer just because I like the design and it’s such a long shot.
What if we had an ongoing list of potential projects like yours with a link to the latest mockup or massing or proposal pinned somewhere? Maybe set in a sidebar?
But this is all post-COVID!!!

Curious, has there been any movement to the 401H project going up across from this project?
Funnily enough, I think the only thing that has happened with it since April is people asking if anything is happening with it.
That’s basically what I thought; seems like a lot of these projects are on stand by?
Let’s be honest, 401H has been on standby for a w h i l e…
I think the financing was changed earlier in the year, or maybe ownership? That didn’t seem to kick start anything though. Maybe it’s a 2022 project. We’ll need 2021 to get to a point where we can see a light at the end of this abysmal tunnel we’re currently in.
I know I keep asking but at this point- anyone know officially how many more floors to go? Can someone photoshop their best estimate of where this will top out now??
Just based on those pictures, we can add 8 full floors from the top of the parking deck, however many floors that is. 8, right? So probably about 3 floors left, I think. Correct me if I’m wrong.
2 and a half I think. The top of the parking deck was mentioned by the developers as the 9th floor.
I can’t wait to get back to Raleigh to get a shot of this from the exact (within 2’) height of the Holiday Inn!
8 days and counting!
Above all, I am excited for some curved glass in our skyline. Even if this may not stick out as much as I’d like it to.
