that’s what she said…
By my count, that’s the top floor. Is that correct? About 8 more floors would have been nice
That’s it. Just needs a roof and decorative parapet. Another 20 feet?
By my count, there’s 2 more full stories on top of the partially complete one, and then the parapet.
That’s 19 floors? I thought it was 18?
Now I’m not sure, because a rendering from the other side shows 10 floors for the main building, an 11th for just the other corner, with a parapet above that. I guess we’ll see soon. It’s kind of funny that a building with this many renderings in a prime location is almost topped out, and we still can’t be sure how many floors it is in real life.
All I know is that the top of the parking deck is officially the ‘9th’ floor as that is what the developer said on their Instagram.
It also looks like 11 floors above parking on the right side of this image, but not aligning with the floors in the “Pendo corner” in the center, and then 10 floors on the right side. This is making my eyes hurt. (Also, that black arrow thing was in the original image; I’m not trying to point out anything.)
We talked about this last night at the meet up a little, the whole 13th floor thing. Consider that.
That’s 2020 for you!
Another two floors to go!
I got the chance to head to the top (for now) of Raleigh Crossing yesterday. Awesome views! Also, fun fact, this site has the largest free standing tower crane in the southeast. Go Raleigh!
Fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing these with us!
There are going to be some great views from those offices.
So what’s the verdict? Taller than the Holiday Inn?
Nice cemetery, but I’ve already seen pictures of cemeteries. How unnecessary… Oh wait!
Also, the DRA is doing a virtual tour of 301 Hillsborough on Dec 10. Signups begin this Tuesday.

I’ll get another shot of the same cemetery later in case something changes.
This made me laugh out loud. I’m still laughing actually.
