According to my updated scientific calculations, there should be one more full story above that partially complete story, and then the parapet story on the one corner. I numbered it to illustrate what I’m thinking, but I numbered in reverse order for the rendering to not make it too easy… (click to enlarge)

Yeah, I was going to say, not to beat my dead counting horse again, but this should be the last “regular” story completing, with a full (but slightly recessed in parts) story still to go. And then the parapet partial story. The next couple of weeks should be pretty interesting to see how this definitively turns out!

I should try to get a shot of the top this weekend to see what the rebar looks like. That should tell us if we’re capping out or will be pouring more supports for another floor.

From the virtual tour today, some general info and a nice view down Hillsborough toward the Capitol.
They plan to be finished by around this time next year with phase 1.
The amenities deck level is considered the 9th story, and there should be 19 stories in total. There is also an outdoor deck for Pendo only at the top level. Assuming why the top level is recessed on one side. Neither outdoor deck will be open to the general public tho.
They plan in (I think they said) January 2021 to announce their plans and timing for phase 2. Didn’t say if they were updated, but that it will include at least some top of the line residential.
